Grady Jarrett Was Called for the Worst Roughing the Passer Penalty in NFL History to Hand the Buccaneers a Win

I want an investigation and I want people to go to prison.

On third down with about 3:00 left and the Falcons trailing by six, Grady Jarrett got to Tom Brady and brought him down for what should have been a huge sack to get Atlanta the ball back with a chance to go win the game — and gain sole possession of first place in the NFC South. Instead, he was called for roughing the passer, presumably for getting too close to dropping Tom Brady and the Bucs to 2-3. There was definitely no justification in the rule book to call it, that's for sure.

Arthur Smith should have started throwing things on the field. They'd already stolen the game, what's a little fine and suspension to boot?

This is such bullshit. I can deal with losing, but the Falcons had an opportunity stolen from them. A first place Falcons team — not to even mention coming back from down 21-0 in the fourth quarter of this game — would have been the best story in the NFL. Instead, the fix was in to make sure Brady gets back to the playoffs.

This result is fraudulent. Jerome Boger should have to stand trial.
