Well there it is. We can shut 'er down for the rest of the season because you're not going to see a goal filthier than that this year. Alexander Mirzabalayev. What a silly little goose he is for this one.

I'll say this until I'm blue in the face--I think the Michigan is over. It's done. I'm not saying it's not a sick move or anything like that, but it seems like anybody can pull it off these days. It seems like the first thing any kid learns how to do these days when they decide to play hockey is 1) skate and then 2) the Michigan. You'll probably see it at least 5 times this NHL season. But the goal we just witnessed here? Good luck seeing that one recreated anytime soon. Nasty. Just sucks we probably won't get to watch this kid play in North America anytime soon.
