It's Time For Jerry Jones To Make Cooper Rush The Highest Paid QB In The League

The most important thing you can do in the NFL is win games. Cooper Rush ain't never lost. Undefeated as a starting quarterback in the league, and what's even more impressive is who he has won against.

Last year he picked up his first win over Kirk Cousins, a quarterback who is worth a fully-guaranteed $84 million. Last week he picked up another win against Joe Burrow, a quarterback who has already brought his team to the Super Bowl and is thought to be the future of this league. Last night he picked up another win against Daniel Jones, a quarterback who any team would be beyond lucky to have and the Giants should pay handsomely in the offseason. It doesn't matter who is on the other side of the field, Cooper Rush is going to get the job done.

You can't put a price tag on winning. But somewhere around $200 million gets you pretty close. Cooper Rush has proven that he's the real deal. He's more than just a flash in the pan. And not only would the Dallas Cowboys be locking up their future franchise QB, but they're also looking at their future head coach.

History has a pattern of repeating itself, and Cooper Rush is the second coming of Jason Garrett. You can feel bad for Dak all you want, but it would be gross negligence on Jerry's part if he let Cooper Rush become an all-time great wearing anything else besides a star on his helmet. Tell 'em, Skip.

Pay the man!
