This checks out. Why? Simple. Kevin Kisner made a promise:
Not only that, he knew his role:
The dude was there for vibes, match play and to be the off the course leader. He knew it and did his job. Not to mention delivered an A+ ugly motherfucker joke to Si Woo
I'm here to petition Kisner gets another point. You know he orchestrated a hell of a celebration and is part of the reason why Homa is feeling this way. I know Homa was the star (at least for golf twitter) for Team USA. He was awesome. But if you're admitting defeat at 8:45 in the morning on Monday, you're in a bad spot.
All I know is we're loaded for these sort of cups. Already can't wait for Rome next year. Think about how dominant we looked and didn't even have Willy Z out there. Nice to get back a top-5 player to go with the core of Spieth, Thomas, Xander, Cantlay, Finau, Scheffler, Morikawa, etc.
I need a full update from Team USA today.
