Kansas Is Favored Over a Power Five Football Team for the First Time in THIRTEEN YEARS

This is the most insane stat you'll see in all of college football this year. Kansas has not been favored over a Power Five team since November 2009. I can't even fathom how that's possible. It's remarkably difficult to be so awful as to not even luck into being a favorite once over Iowa State — which won 11 games total from 2013-2016 — or somebody like that in 12 seasons.

But that record goes out the window this weekend when the 3-0 Duke Blue Devils visit Lawrence, Kansas, to take on the 3-0 Jayhawks, who received votes in this week's AP Poll. Good for KU and Lance Leipold, who will certainly be one of the hottest names in the coaching carousel this season. If you can win at Kansas, you can win literally anywhere.

The Jayhawks have already gone over their win total of 2.5 and could be 4-0 and in the Top 25 by this time next week. America's Team.
