Call Of Duty's Gunsmith 2.0 Create-A-Class System In Modern Warfare 2 Is Going To Change The Game Forever In The Best Way Possible

MASSIVE W! This video is pretty confusing when you first watch it, so I break down simpler below:

The reason why this is such a great change for Call of Duty is because it should in theory drastically reduce the amount of time it takes for us to rank up our weapons. So many times the Warzone or multiplayer meta will change due to updates. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to rank up your weapon while getting absolutely fried because enemies have attachments that you don't. Then, when your gun is finally level 70, they nerf is and you have to start all over again.

This receiver change should really make it much better for people to get back into Warzone or MW2 even if they took some time off the game.

In the recent days of Warzone, no one wants to play anymore and rank up certain weapons. In the past, it's felt like you're either always up to date with the Warzone meta or you're always trying to chase it. The amount of times I've ranked up a gun that was "meta," just for it to immediately get nerfed is absurd. All that time ranking up some weapon and never getting to use it. We've all been there!

Today, CoD Next is starting and I can't wait to see what else we have in store for MW2 and Warzone 2. I'll be doing a watch party for the content live on Twitch. Feel free to join chat and hang.

Here's my expectations on the coming Modern Warfare 2:
