Holy Cross Connects On A Miraculous Hail Mary To Knock Off Buffalo As Times Expires!!

The Holy Cross Crusaders just had their prayers answered to crush the collective spirits of the Buffalo Bulls!! Here's an even closer look at this in all its glory:

I don't know if it's a coincidence that there are raging fireworks going off in my neighborhood right now as I begin this post. I'd imagine these events aren't related. But DAMN how fitting. What a toss by Matthew Sluka, and what a grab by Jalen Coker amid a sea of defenders!

Hail Marys never go out of style. They're always awesome. I don't care what the level of competition this happens at. Don't tell me the Patriot League isn't ELECTRIC. And plus, Holy Cross is an FCS program and they just knocked off Buffalo, a solid staple of the MAC and frequent doer of MACtion mischief on those odd weeknight games that you get sucked into watching. Looks like MACtion is already in full effect this year between this and the 7OT thriller Bowling Green fell to Eastern Kentucky in, which I'm still waiting to see/hear John Rich's reaction to.
