Lamar Jackson Will Have To Wait To Get Paid, The Browns Must Feel Kind Of Dirty, And A New Era In Pittsburgh - Recapping Off-Season In The AFC North

With the NFL kicking off this week, I'm putting together quick recaps of what happened in the off-season and some storylines for each team so when you're at the bar or a buddy's place watching the games, you can pick up on the some general themes and not be totally out of the loop for not reading Adam Schefter's tweets for the last 7-8 months. With the Rams vs. the Bills getting things started on Thursday, we gotta get in gear. I've been pumping them out, so here is the NFC West, NFC East, NFC South, NFC North, AFC West, AFC East, and AFC South. Here is the AFC North:

Baltimore Ravens: 9.5 win total line, +140 to win the Division

Storylines to Watch

- Lamar Jackson is in a contract year - can he get back to his 2019 MVP self?

- Will JK Dobbins return after missing a full season last year and be back to his 6.0 YPC form?

- With Hollywood Brown shipped out, can this Receiving Corps led by Rashod Bateman get it done?

Roster Moves

- Safety Marcus Williams from the Saints was brought in and the team also drafted Safety Kyle Hamilton in the 1st Round of the NFL Draft.

- With their second 1st Round pick, they took Center Tyler Linderbaum out of Iowa in what was seen as a perfect fit.

Cincinnati Bengals: 9.5 win total line, +170 to win the Division

Storylines to Watch

- Will there be a Super Bowl hangover from the runner up?

- The Offensive Line was beefed up in the off-season, but will they gel right away?

- Can Ja'Marr Chase build on his record setting rookie year? The sky is the limit for that guy.

Roster Moves

- The Bengals went bargain hunting but landed three solid veterans on the Offensive LIne, which was a weak area last year. They got G Alex Cappa, RT La'el Collins, and G Ted Karras.

- Cincy also took Michigan S Dax Hill 31st overall in the NFL Draft

Cleveland Browns: Win total line off the book, +450 to win the Division

Storylines to Watch

- Deshaun Watson has been suspended for 11 games. Will Jacoby Brissett be able to steady the ship while he's gone?

- How will the Runningbacks room shakeout? Kareem Hunt demanded a trade and then rescinded it.

Roster Moves

- The big trade and fully guaranteed extension for QB Deshaun Watson is obviously the headliner here.

- They lost WR Jarvis Landry but then traded for WR Amari Cooper

- Longtime Center JC Tretter retired

Pittsburgh Steelers: 7.5 win total line, +800 to win the Division

Storylines to Watch

- Who will emerge as the starter at QB? Mitchell Trubisky was named team captain, but rookie Kenny Pickett was lights out in the pre-season and is the backup. 

- How good can rookie WR George Pickens be? He has really impressed in camp and is an Offensive Rookie of the Year darkhorse.

Roster Moves

- Big Ben has retired and they've replaced him with QB Mitchell Trubisky who is on his third stop and rookie QB Kenny Pickett

- Rookie WR George Pickens has drawn rave reviews so far

- The team also lost CB Joe Haden who was up there in age and WR Juju Smith-Schuster
