THIS LEAGUE: Saints Take A Shot At Falcons By Bragging About Their... Stadium Escalator Speeds

Well, this is certainly a unique way to spark up an NFC South rivalry just a few weeks before the football season kicks off. This has to be the first EVER "escalator burn" in the history of football, and probably, social media as a whole. If this were actually true, it would certainly be dangerous, because an escalator going 28.3 MPH (at the very least) would be deadly.

I will say, I understand that the Saints and Falcons are division foes, but it does seem pretty random that New Orleans would take a shot here. Let's check and see how the Saints fared against the Falcons in that 2016 season, when Atlanta blew that 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl...

I have no dog in this fight, so I am going to call it down the middle. I don't know if the Saints necessarily are the ones to be talking here, since their two LOSSES to the Falcons helped shape Atlanta's playoff positioning that year (which included a first round bye), and eventually put Matt Ryan in that position to be on the wrong side of that historic Super Bowl collapse.
