Big Cat rated my cookie live at Rough N' Rowdy
Big Cat said he liked peanut butter but didn't like coconut. So I made these Peanut Butter Blossom cookies with peanut butter. You can make these with peanut butter for a classic blossom cookie or coconut for a modern twist.
I found this recipe in the New York Times. 4,200 people rated it a 5 star cookie, but Big Cat gave mine a 4.2, which isn't awful for a Big Cat rating!
If you want this recipe to make five dozen, I would recommend following the directions and making five balls and cutting each in half to make six cookie balls. It works out perfectly. My husband helped me. Also, don't sneak any of the Hersey Kisses because the bag has exactly five dozen. You can see how we do it on my Tiktok page below.
