Super Sad Video Of Delonte West Explaining That He Used To Be In The NBA To A Bunch Of Kids At A Gas Station

I mean what can you say that hasn't already been said? Mental health can be a real bitch. I almost didn't blog this because it's so sad, but it's starting to go viral everywhere so I figured I may as well. But I think the biggest takeaway is this- Can we stop video taping guys down on their luck? We really don't need to pull out our phones and document everyone's lowest moments. 

Apparently the video was taken outside of a gas station in Houston, Texas a few days ago. What makes the situation even more heartbreaking is that the last time we heard from Delonte he seemed to be getting his life together. He had a job working at the Florida rehab facility he attended, Mark Cuban was keeping an eye on him, and he was even starting to shoot around again. Unfortunately, that was in January of 2021 and things seem to have taken a turn for the worse. At least the kids at the gas station got an education. Hopefully they fire up the 2k when they get home so they can see exactly what DW was talking about. Fingers crossed he gets the help he needs. Now here are a bunch of Delonte's best NBA moments.
