Google Founder's Wife, Nicole Shanahan, Denies Affair With Musk And Threatens Legal Action

Elon Musk's alleged mistress's attorney is calling bull on the affair story ... and kinda seems like he might be threatening legal action as well.

Bryan Freedman, who reps Nicole Shanahan, tells TMZ ... "Make no mistake, any suggestion that Nicole had an affair with Elon Musk is not only an outright lie but also defamatory." Freedman first spoke to DailyMail.

There's no further elaboration, but his statement says enough -- and that final line certainly suggests she might be considering her options right now ... attorneys don't use legal terms like "defamatory" unless they're mulling over a lawsuit.

Oh the irony of TMZ reporting that newly founded gossip magazine, The Wall Street Journal, might be under fire for defamation over their story about Musk fucking the wife of Google founder, Sergey Brin, is just further proof that the world is upside down. This is what happens when you play in the clicks game. You start to feel like you're getting crushed under the wheel of the internet and fear being known as the paper homeless people cover themselves with on Wall Street instead of being the respected paper of the financial world and you end up with the wife of the world's most powerful website threatening to sue your ass into the stone age. And by the stone age I just mean the google conglomerate. I could see this being how it ends. Bezos owns the Washington Post. I could see google or Musk swallowing up the WSJ in a revenge effort. At least that is what I would do. 

It is just crazy that a historically focused business paper feels the need to go tabloid in 2022. They might feel justified because some of the biggest celebrities in the world now are from the business world as the tech bubble grows bigger than a hot air balloon. Musk isn't playing though. He is fighting a million lawsuits at once it seems, but refuses to stop tweeting. Throwing shade on the app he bailed on. 

He's not wrong. These older papers just need to be better at transitioning into the internet age. Do one thing very well, stay in that lane, let the other rag sheets cover the bullshit. Leave it to the smut bloggers like me.
