Kyle Busch OUT At Both Toyota and Joe Gibbs Racing, Possibly Headed To RCR

Giphy Images.

And wait until you hear where he’s going.

It’s late July and Kyle Busch doesn’t have a deal for next year. And while it hasn’t been formally announced that he’s leaving both Toyota and Joe Gibbs Racing, it’s starting to look more likely. Starting next season, gone will be the iconic #18 M&M's car he’s been with since 2008.

With the departure, Kyle is searching for a replacement sponsor that can keep the only active 2-time Cup champion as the highest-paid driver in the sport.

Despite what Kyle says here about the #18 remaining his until another driver was announced, I’m starting to believe Kyle’s time at JGR could be over after this season. And the sources are hinting at the same thing.

This video is foreboding as it shows Kyle giving team owner Joe Gibbs the cold shoulder pre-race at Pocono.

And here’s where it gets really good.

One source I spoke to recently said, “JGR and Toyota both are prepared and ready to say goodbye to Kyle”… Which would rule out 23XI, leaving no available good Toyota for Kyle to ride.

But THEN another extremely trustworthy source said earlier today, “I am strongly led to believe it’s Kyle to RCR next year with Chevrolet interested in coming to KBM and elevating Chevy to compete for a trucks championship.”

WOW!…  Allow me to be the first to say KYLE BUSCH TO RCR.

I don’t know what this means for Tyler Reddick, who’s under contract at RCR until 2024… Does he go to 23XI a year early?

Does this mean Ty Gibbs to the #18 next year?

Was this Sunday at Pocono a tryout for Ty?

Or maybe Reddick wheels the 18 for a year until his seat at 23XI is ready and Gibbs takes over in 2024?

And I know many of you are probably doubting this report… Understandably so. There’s always a chance I am being used as a mouthpiece for KB and this source is just feeding me info that’s meant to have Joe Gibbs cut the check.

But also remember who had Clash news first…

Only time will tell, but you heard it here first.
