The Wonderful Sydney Sweeney Strolled Into Fenway Park This Weekend and Cursed The Boston Red Sox

The beautiful Sydney Sweeney graced Fenway Park this past Friday to show the world she has an additional cannon we were unaware of.

The best part besides Sweeney? Our social media team's caption on the video.

"The Red Sox might not lose a game again"

Not only did they lose all three games of the series… the Red Sox were out-scored 40-10 this weekend. FORTY TO TEN!

Some of these plays were actually unbelievable to watch, with none better than Jarren Duran having no idea where this baseball went off the bat of Tapia, resulting in an inside the park grand slam.

Losing a ball in the sky is one thing. Not running after it as four runs comes across to score is another. Doing that all in front of Sydney Sweeney is deplorable.

The fun continued all weekend long.

Tough to watch.

If we can be real for a moment, Chaim Bloom has orchestrated a modern day version of the Hindenburg with what he's done with the Boston Red Sox. We can admit that right? Obviously it all starts with the Mookie Betts trade, although I'm not necessarily sure he had a choice with that one given the orders from ownership. Not entertaining Kyle Schwarber with a real contract offer this offseason was insane. Forget what he's done with Philly this year, that dude was the perfect mashing lefty for the Sox and they let him walk away. There's also inexplicably traded Hunter Renfroe to the Brewers for Jackie Bradley Jr. Not a clue what happened there. Two guys who absolutely terrified me when they played the Yankees were sent away for nothing. Thanks?

Their 5 through 9 yesterday was Franchy, Dalbec, JBJ, Yolmer Sanchez, and Jeter Downs. I understand they have injuries, but so do everyone else. In his time in Boston, Chaim has refused to fix first base, their starting rotation, as well as the pen. It's so confusing to me that this guy gets any kind of praise. Having the worst run differential over a 5 game stretch since 1901 is not great.

On top of all that, they could possibly be the worst fielding team ever with almost everyone playing out of position. This compilation video is amazing.

We're likely a week away from Chaim pulling the plug and trading everyone who is expiring. That could include J.D. Martinez, Eovaldi, Vazquez, Kiké, and possibly Xander. The cherry on top of all this is that they insulted Devers with an extension offer similar to the one Matt Olson got. Devers essentially wants double and rightfully so. No bias or anything there, letting Devers walk/trading him would be one of the worst moves in a long, long time. How could you possibly allow him to play elsewhere?

Anyways, love you Sydney Sweeney. Don't let any Red Sox fans be mean to you and blame you for their misfortunes. Just the wrong place at the wrong time. You woulda been better out there this weekend than more than half the Sox pitchers.
