RNR: Should I Take Creatine?
RNR update. If you watched Stool Scenes you know, I have work to do.
My first spar session was rough, but now I know what it's like to get hit in the face. Surprisingly it only took 29 years to find out. Well, except that one time, my mo.. never mind.
Speaking of my mom: Will she be at the fight, you ask? She will, but she doesn't like to talk about it. She's worried I'm going to need a nose job after. She's had seven, and I'm like mom I just want to be like you
Only hers were by choice. (I have to preface this is a joke. Otherwise, she will read this and start texting me, "it's two, not seven")
Motivation: Duggs and I went on the Dave Portnoy Show today, which airs tonight. Dave explained average sales of RNR is 50-60k; I think we can beat that. I know we can beat that. We will beat that. 61k at a minimum baby (I'll Venmo you)
Food update: I've never been this sore. Leo said I could eat whatever I want, and I'm doing like 4,000 calories a day. One thousand of those calories are dedicated to pretzels because i'm built different. The other 3,000 are these healthy cookies you should make.
^ there is no protein in the cookies, I was hacked.
Lastly, Billy Football suggested I take Creatine to repair the sore muscles, but Jordyn said I will bloat.
Get your shit together: I'm banning myself from the Shore (unless you see me there Thursday, then someone probably MADE me go)
