This is the first time I've used malted milk powder in a cookie, a Malted Milk Sugar Cookie. It had that cookie texture that is crunchy but chewy in the middle, good with coffee, alone or ice cream! It can hold its own flavor when mixed with coffee or ice cream. This is the type of cookie you want, versatile.
