Makes you want to run through a brick wall!

The Dozen: Trivia Tournament II presented by High Noon closes out TONIGHT with the Championship Match as 5-seed THE EXPERTS take on 10-seed UPTOWN BALLS!

With the Championship ahead, we enlisted one of our producers, Tyler Goochman, to break down the matchups by the numbers and why each team may win, or lose. Enjoy!

5-THE EXPERTS (Regular Season Stats):
- 18–6–0 Team Record
- 10.86 Points Per Match
- 2.67 Steals Per Match
- 41% Niche Success Rate
- Brandon (5.65 PPM)
- PFT (4.91 PPM)
- Fran (4.52 PPM)

10-UPTOWN BALLS (Regular Season Stats):
- 7–3–2 Team Record
- 11.67 Points Per Match
- 3.33 Points Per Match
- 55% Niche Success Rate
- Tommy (5.89 PPM)
- Glenny (5.11 PPM)
- Smitty (4.56 PPM)

Why The Experts will win: Brandon and PFT have been waiting for this crowning moment for over two years, and Fran has been elite in her role all season. They are leaving it all on the field no matter what, and they have beaten the Uptown Balls multiple times as a trio and as a duo. Other than the Bonus and Niche Rounds, The Experts margin of victory categories are College Football, Celebrity Mashup, and Television, where winning or sweeping those categories could sway the game directly in their favor.

Why The Uptown Balls will win: It is almost like their disastrous regular season prepared them perfectly for this tournament as they have been hitting on all cylinders. While Uptown Balls is good in the Sports categories, their ability to occasionally sweep non-Sports categories makes them a top team. Smitty knows Movies, Glenny is great in the Celebrity Mashups, Tommy knows lyrics well, and together, they have a bevy of collective History facts that make them dangerous. The Uptown Balls margin of victory categories are Baseball, Movies, and Celebrity Mashup.

Why the Experts will lose: These two teams played twice this season, one game was a 13–12 OT win by the Experts, and the other was a 12–11 win by the Uptown Balls, with them pulling the final 12th Round question. Both teams have three players who all average over 4.50 Points Per Match. They are so evenly matched that this game comes down to all the little stuff. The Experts are famous for forgetting about their Phone-A-Friend or Double Sip lifelines, and if they misuse them on the biggest stage, it could be catastrophic. Can Brandon show up when the lights are brightest and prove that the Dozen is his show? If not, the Experts are going down.

Why the Uptown Balls will lose: There is quite literally no bigger stage for the Uptown Balls to implode on.
