Former Pitt WR Jordan Addison Is Transferring to USC With a Rumored $3.5 Million NIL Deal

Former Pitt wide receiver Jordan Addison is officially leaving the Panthers for USC. The 2021 Biletnikoff Award winner joins an offense in Los Angeles which new head coach Lincoln Riley has already stacked with talent, led by Heisman candidate Caleb Williams.

Addison hauled in 100 catches for 1,593 yards and 17 touchdowns last season and will definitely be lethal in Riley’s attack. Perhaps most interesting, though, is what it reportedly took to get Addison to L.A.

Though there’s nothing definitive as of yet, there is speculation Addison may have received upwards of $3 million in NIL deals to leave Pitt for Southern Cal.

Regardless of how Addison got there, Riley now has another weapon in his arsenal heading into his first season at the helm at USC. The Trojans should be in contention for a spot in the Pac-12 title game just based on their offense alone.

It doesn’t hurt that Addison is going from one first round pick quarterback in Kenny Pickett to another in Williams. Those two will definitely put on a show at The Coliseum.
