LIVING LIFE AT 2-0 WAS PRETTY SWEET BUT LET ME TELL YOU 3-0 IS SO MUCH FUCKING BETTER. I AM ADDICTED TO STARTING THESE BLOGS OFF ON PURE EMOTION WHERE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM SAYING. JAYSON TATUM JUST WENT INTO BROOKLYN AND OUTSCORED BOTH KEVIN DURANT AND KYRIE IRVING AND IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE. ROB CAME BACK AND LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE OLD ROB WHICH MEANS THE REST OF THE LEAGUE IS FUCKED. FEED ME THIS GODDAMN SWEEP I NEED IT MORE THAN ANYTHING I'VE EVER NEEDED ANYTHING IN MY LIFE. I DON'T KNOW WHY I CAN'T STOP YELLING CONSIDERING I AM WRITING THIS ALONE IN MY OFFICE BUT IT JUST FEELS RIGHT. I LOVE THIS TEAM. I LOVE IME. I LOVE AND I TRUST AND GOOD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU LOVE AND TRUST.

Um, holy fuck. They really did it. They really went into Brooklyn and virtually ended the Nets season. There was no monster performance from KD. He had 16 fucking points. There was no monster response from Kyrie now that he was away from the big bad meanies in Boston. He had 16 fucking points. I can't really comprehend how this is happening other than staying the obvious. The Celtics own the best defense on the planet. You add that to a top 5 player in Jayson Tatum and this is how you get up 3-0 on a team many picked to win the NBA title. So much about not wanting to face the Nets in Round 1, let me ask you something. Is it possible to start a series better than 3-0? I'm admittedly not a math guy but I don't think so. 

This team saw an opportunity to step on the Nets throat and they took it. There was no playing with their food. No dropping a game to help the Nets build confidence and maybe even this series up. Nope. 3-0. The Celts basically controlled this entire game, they locked in defensively and once it came time to hunt matchups, they reminded us all that the Nets do not have a single defender anyone on this team needs to worry about. 

Things just feel different for this team and the best part is they still haven't had a full 48 minute performance yet. We haven't even seen their peak yet. Now that Rob's back and is doing the same awesome shit he was before his injury, things are only going to get better. Now they have an opportunity to end this shit on Monday and rest up for what might be the Bucks in Round 2. You know the deal by now, no team in NBA history has come back from 0-3 to win a series. The Celts have taken every punch these Nets have given them and have stood there laughing at them while they give every member of that roster a noogie. It's glorious.

We'll regroup in the morning. Enjoy that 3-0 life tonight everybody.
