Will I Ever Win an NBA Playoff Bet?!?!

There are serious 2021 CWS Omaha vibes in the air as I am winless so far in NBA Playoffs. 

It all started Saturday when I backed Dallas as 5.5 point home dog against Utah without Luca Doncic and I lost by 1/2 a point. Then the floodgates opened.

I had Memphis -6.5 vs. Minnesota and they lost outright by 13. Then I foolishly took Denver and the points against Golden State in Steph Curry’s return and they destroyed Denver.

Fast forward to Sunday. Surely I could win at least one right?

WRONG.

In early games, Atlanta got skull dragged in Miami after winning two play in games last week. Then Boston won a thrilling Jayson Tatum buzzer beater but did not cover the 4.5 point spread.

At this point the losing streak was starting to get comical.

Then the Milwaukee Bucks pulled out a sluggish 7 point win over the Bulls and did not cover.

The writing was on the wall for my final game. I took the New Orleans Pelicans +10.5 in Phoenix on a homer pick.

The Pelicans proceeded to shoot a WHOPPING 22 percent in 1st half and trailed by 19 points. The Pels cut the lead to 8 heading into the 4th to give me some hope.

Then Chris Paul went bananas in the 4th….

To add insult to injury, the Pelicans ended up losing by 11 and once again I lost by 1/2 point.

0-7?!?! There is nothing to do but laugh at this point.
