Algeria Is Trying To Demand Their World Cup Qualifying Match With Cameroon Is Replayed Because Of How Shitty The Ref Was

[Source] - ALGERIA have demanded their clash with Cameroon be replayed after being dumped out of World Cup qualifying, according to reports. The Desert Warriors went into their pivotal second leg clash with a 1-0 lead, having triumphed in Douala last week.

Algeria thought they'd levelled on the night in the 98th minute, when Islam Slimani appeared to have headed the ball home.

Video replays showed that the ball struck his arm and the goal was disallowed, much to the home side's disgust.

According to outlandish reports in Algerian media, Fifa have agreed to investigate the incident. Algerian FA officials are convinced that Gambian referee Bakary Gassama made a mistake disallowing Slimani's effort.

I actually love this move by Algeria. Now, sure, you're dealing with FIFA who is the most corrupt organization out there. But what's the harm? Like I said, FIFA is corrupt, maybe Algeria slips a few bucks and get a replay. Maybe FIFA likes Algeria more. I don't know. It's worth a shot. Here's Cameroon's first goal, which Algeria is pissed about a push not being called:

I couldn't find an individual clip, but here's 2 minute highlights where you can see the disallowed goal:

Brutal. Not a great run for AFCON final qualifying matches. You had the laser ordeal with Egypt:

But I do love Algeria setting a precedent in trying to get a rematch on the basis of the ref being complete shit. I'd like about 482 different college basketball games replayed. I think any taunting penalty in the NFL should be replayed. Don't even get me started on that rat fuck Jeffrey Maier and Rich Garcia. You want a replay? That's the top of the list.

Oh and for soccer, I want the 2002 quarterfinals replayed. This was a handball.

Shout out Algeria though. Part of one of the best moments in sports and US soccer.
