Russia Just Declared War On The Most Powerful Force In The World And Will Likely Be Terminated
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s video appeal to the Russian people has been remarkably effective. The famed film star and former California governor posted it not only on Twitter, but also on Telegram, which is used almost exclusively by Russians. For days, Russian state media tried to ignore it altogether—but millions of views across multiple platforms forced them to address Schwarzenegger’s powerful message.
“That face is the cover page of American imperialism and colonialism,” TV host Vadim Gigin declared on state TV show Sunday Evening With Vladimir Solovievon, raging about Arnold Schwarzenegger and his video clip. “Not the caricature image of Uncle Sam, but this Schwarz, in a Hollywood production.”
Gigin seemed particularly peeved with the first comments Arnold made in his video. In an effort to dodge state media’s propensity to immediately dismiss any criticism as “Russophobia,” Arnold had opened his address with reminders of his fondness for the Russian people, with years of positive interactions long before Vladimir Putin started a full-fledged war against Ukraine.
“He, in California, will tell us, who live here… the truth?! That is their approach towards us,” Gigin fumed.
Visibly furious, Gigin recounted the second half of Schwarzenegger’s video, where he mentioned the cup gifted to him by champion weightlifter Yury Vlasov, which Arnold continues to use to this very day. Gigin opined that Schwarzenegger never understood Vlasov, who opposed the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
I dont know what it is about ole Arnold but that is one believable dude. Every time I hear him speak, I think, "now that's a fella who has things figured out." I've watched Arnold's videos about all kinds of shit. Whether I watched him crushing bis and tris when I used to work out or I watched him talk about politics and world events, he has this calming stoic demeanor that I just value. Im sure he's said some shit I don't agree with but that's ok. I don't mind being in rooms with people that used to have the perfect lats while disagreeing from time to time. The Russians simply do not feel that way.
They are TRIGGERED that Arnold would be against the killing of civilian women and children via inhumane and outlawed weapons. The Russian media members cannot stand that Arnold would rather the government of Russia not kill and advance on the Ukrainians.
It is, however, delicious that Arnold is still such a star there that they cannot stop his video from going viral. In the last few days, Putin has banned Meta from Russia. That means no Instagram or Facebook. Nevertheless, the video from Arnold is still going viral. More and more people are seeing the real result of Putin's war. The numbers of their KIA and wounded-in-action members are being leaked in official channels.
As if the Ukrainians didnt have enough motivation on their side to win, now they have Arnold in their corner. That's some real motivation.
