First Look: The Truth Behind Coach Prime's Foot Complications
In his own words, Coach Prime "lost a few soldiers in the battle" this past fall when he spent 23 days in the hospital in Mississippi. The story behind what truly went down has been held to a close circle of people with hopes of telling it through our very own documentary, Coach Prime. You must have seen those banner ads by now. Here's an exclusive clip from tonight's episode which shows you what all of this time in the hospital led to. Warning: it isn't pretty, so if you're squeamish, don't say I didn't warn you. I quite literally said "warning".
When you spend every single day around Coach Prime and all of the sudden he disappears to the hospital, it's obviously very noticeable. I treat Coach Prime as family at this point and it was genuinely shocking when he went into the surgeries and we didn't really know what was going on. Well, this documentary episode definitely gets into the nitty gritty of what went down. If this clip above doesn't make you want to watch the rest of the episode, you have rocks in your head. Episodes 5 and 6 of this series should be put up for some type of award, in my extremely humble opinion. Thank you Coach Prime for allowing us to tell your story at a very vulnerable time in your life and letting Barstool show this journey to the world.
