Potential #1 Overall Pick Termarr Johnson Hit A Ball So Far The Pitcher Had To Give Him A High Five Before He Touched Home Plate

This is a move rarely seen on a baseball diamond, the high five of a batter from the pitcher. We see it a decent amount in the LLWS every summer, and it gets crapped on as it should. But here we are seeing it in a high school game and it just happens to involve Termarr Johnson, the top high school player in the country. Johnson smoked this ball, I wish we could see where it landed, but you can tell just by watching him that this thing was close to 400 feet. And he's swinging a wood bat in high school? Yeah, this kid has first overall written all over him. He wasn't even out of the box before he put his head down and started the slow jog around the bases, he knew it was gone. The real kicker is the pitcher coming to dap him up on the way home. It's embarrassing in little league and it's a rough look here.

You don't dap up the kid, he know's he's a monster. Coach probably wasn't too happy about it, he just put a ball you threw onto the moon and you want to tell him good job? Maybe he knew he'd get some camera time for the move and decided to do it. Johnson is a future MLB player and has one of the sweetest swings these eyes have ever seen, but the pitcher going over and high fiving him is a no-go for me. Just let him jog around the bases and get the next guy. You should want to get the guy out, not high five him. If they had a kangaroo court he'd be fined for sure.

Thought you all would enjoy this angle of Johnson, enjoy.
