We Just Set Up A Wrestling Match Between Islam Makhachev & US Gold Medalist Jordan Burroughs

Ahead of Islam Makhachev's main event win against Bobby Green this weekend, this clip of him so confidently telling Daniel Cormier that he'd beat United States Gold Medalist/5x World Champion wrestler Jordan Burroughs in a wrestling match (as long as there were walls around the mat they were competing on) resurfaced and made the rounds online yet again.

We posted it from the SpinninBackfist account, and it seems our tweet caught the eye of Jordan Burroughs himself....

So uh....we just set up the match, right? Islam has to prove it now. You can't ignore that response from Jordan after the level of cockiness on display there. Makhachev's gotta take him up on the challenge. I'm sure DC can get them in contact and I can fly out to film it (and separate these two if need be) whenever....

Oh, and obviously RDA didn't want none against me, because he didn't accept my challenge…..
