The absolute stones of this woman. She's scary. Eastern European women will whoop your candy ass. Honestly, I have no idea if that's what is being said or not. As I mentioned the other day, I failed Russian in school so I'm not the best source for this. One thing is for sure though. I have been reading the takes and watching every video I can find and the Ukrainian people are standing strong in the face of adversity and destruction. A real threat to their lives is staring them in the face and they are not flenching. Their president announced that they will be issuing weapons to any person from 16-60 who is willing to fight. They've been training civilian forces to fight in the street. They've been teaching them how to clear buildings. Imagine that call to arms here. Chilling.
It also serves as a reminder that courage isn't the absence of fear but moving forward despite your fear. Ive read reports like these and my heart breaks for them.
Between these reports and some accounts that I follow on Instagram that are showing the injuries and deaths that are being sustained, it's stating the overly obvious that the European continent is going to be vastly different for a long period of time.
