Lacrosse Season Is So Back It's Not Even Funny
What a day. What a glorious day across these great United States of America. The sun is out, the sky is blue, the birds are chirping, and it's damn near 60 degrees in Philly today. You walk outside and your nostrils get obliterated by the smell of one thing and one thing only--lacrosse season.
The 2022 college lacrosse season officially got underway last weekend, but The Crease Dive decided to be a little fashionably late. So this week you get myself and Doogs talking about everything we're looking forward to and everything we're dreading to seeing in this upcoming college lacrosse season. Some early Tewaaraton talk, final four predictions, how horrifically atrocious the new Virginia uniforms look, and finally cap things off with a couple of locks heading into the weekend.

As far as this weekend's slate of games go, there are a few big ones to watch out for. The weekend gets kicked off this afternoon wit Duke vs Manhattan at 3pm, but that's going to be a steam rolling. UNC vs Richmond at 5 should be a good one, and Towson vs Hopkins is always a great game at 6pm tonight. Perfect little happy hour schedule there for you to get the party started.
On Saturday we get a top 10 matchup with Maryland hosting Loyola at 12pm on the Big Ten Network. Vermont vs Utah should also be a great game at noon if you can find a way to watch that one. And then Sunday we get Georgetown taking on Hopkins at 1pm followed up with Virginia and High Point at 3. Pretty tough weekend for Hopkins coming up here. Sure would hate to see them get tossed around in Georgetown…
