Peyton And Eli Manning Re-Signed With ESPN To Do Manningcasts Through 2024

Did ESPN actually do something right for once? There was absolutely no way The Mouse could afford to let the best thing their network has done in forever walk out the door and leave us with only Levy/Griese/Riddick or whatever the announcing team will be in the future. So Mickey took out that big fat wallet and added the Mannings to his Infinity Content Gauntlet right in between Marvel and Star Wars through 2024.

Now I love the Manningcast as much as anybody and think bringing it to other sports with different hosts will be fine if they get the right people. However, there is a dark side to all this because with that big payday means some bills need to be paid and we are going to start getting content like this instead of Eli flipping the bird or getting a Death Row chain from Snoop.

Speaking of guests, the most intriguing thing to an idiot like me is to see if the Manningcast Curse travels across sports where going on the broadcast leads you to automatically lose your next game/match. Because if it does, the Manningcast Curse may be known the most debilitating force in sports because this is lowkey the most impressive thing that happened all of last year.

Also I'm not sure if the ink is dry on that contract yet but if it's not, can we maybe add MLB to the Manning's list of sports instead of creating this abomination?
