The Weeknd And Angelina Jolie's Relationship Is "Not Sexual" But "Merely Inspirational"

Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd were first spotted together in July of 2021. Since then fans have been combing the musicians lyrics for signs that Jolie has become his new “muse.”

A source told US Magazine that they're not far off the mark, because The Weeknd, or Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, does see the actress as “the ultimate muse.” The insider said the friends “have more things in common than people would think,” and that there are clues about their relationship on Tesfaye's album, Dawn FM.

Specifically the song “Here We Go… Again,” is supposed to be about his relationship with Jolie.

“My new girl, she’s a movie star / I loved her right / Make her scream like Neve Campbell,” go the lyrics. “But I make her laugh / Swear it cures my depressing thoughts / ‘Cause, baby girl, she a movie star / Baby girl, she a movie star / I told myself that I’d never fall / But here we go again.”

But their connection is supposedly not romantic, merely inspirational for the artist.

“Angelina and The Weeknd have had a few meetups, but there is nothing romantic going on between them — at least that’s what friends are told,” said the source. The songwriter initially connected with the actress because her children are big fans, but it quickly became more than that.

I know that's a lot of copy/paste, but this story is so bizarre I need to lay out all the details.

Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd have been...hanging out? Since July of 2021. Apparently they only met because her kids are big fans, and then Abel was like "wow let me write a song about this woman and use an old 90s horror movie reference so everyone can guess how old she is." Cool, ok! 

The thing is, these lyrics sound a little more than muse-y:

Hmmm. Clearly 1. he's falling in love with her. We all know Abel is a romantic guy who falls in love easily, so this isn't really a surprise. Angelina Jolie is a freak, documented. Exhibit A "blood in vials" and "we just fucked in the limo":

2. How is the Weeknd making her scream? From laughter? He says he loves her laugh, but I feel like I've never heard about him being a funny guy, OR about Angelina Jolie laughing at a joke in her life. Interesting…is Abel making this up in his head, or has the divorcee Angelina been letting down the freak drawbridge of 46 year old Sex Tower? The Weeknd is 31, 15 years isn't so crazy, right? 

3. The more I think about it, maybe these two SHOULD be dating. Abel isn't going to be playing daddy day care, but he seems like he could be a fun loose canon outlet for Angelina, right? This bitch has been "giving back" to the world for like, a decade now, divorcing Brad Pitt and building homes in other countries and shit. Does she deserve to have a little fun with a young buck who clearly worships her? I'd say so.

I'll keep an eye on this one for us. I knew nothing about it before today, and it suddenly seems to be floating to the surface of my gossip blogs. The truth is somewhere.
