Keith Yandle Is The NHL's New Iron Man

No SONK. 

Congrats to our pal Philadelphia Flyer Keith Yandle. He broke Doug Jarvis's 35-year-old NHL Iron Man streak tonight on Long Island by playing in his 965th straight regular season game. The incredibly impressive streak started on March 26, 2009 when he was a Phoenix Coyote and continued with the Rangers, Panthers, and now Flyers.

He's played hurt a bunch, dodged viruses, and simply answered the goddamn bell.

Great to see the crazy Yandle clan in the house...
