Steven Adams Carrying A Grown Man Away From A Skirmish Like A Bag Of Groceries Is Why You Always Need A Big Friend

Make no mistake about it, Tony Bradley is not a small human. He's 6'10" 250 pounds. By all accounts that's a giant and Steven Adams is carrying him around like I do when I get pissed my 2-year old son and carry him away from something. Just picking them up like a bag of groceries. You know that look. You start draping them around your forearm and making sure you only make one trip.

But this also makes another point. You need a bigger friend. I'm not ruling it out that Coley is EIC because of his size. It shows domination. Also why Coley was one of the first guys I befriended at Barstool. It wasn't because of his Celtics fandom or jersey collection. Oh no. It was because if a Lord of the Flies situation broke out there, Coley is the biggest one. Same reason when I walked into preschool for the first ever day, pointed to the biggest guy and told my mom he's my best friend. Never met him until then, but it was a smart play. Shout out Chris. As an average sized human - not a short - befriending a large human does lead to awkward moments. I hate standing next to my 6'5" and 6'4" good friends, especially when we were single. Pictures you always need to make sure you're on the higher ground. Low man does not win in this situation.

All I know is if I'm Tony Bradley and I'm getting carried away like this, you just have to accept defeat. There are some days and fights that you lose. It happens. For Tony Bradley it was when Steven Adams realized his role. Protect Ja at all costs. Pick a grown man up, carry him away and put him down in timeout. Reason number 1 to be friends with a tall, giant human.
