This Louisville Fan Hit a FULL-COURT Putt and All He Won Was a Bottle of Bourbon

Wow, what a putt! Ninety-four feet right down the pipe. For a feat like that, surely this fan won $10,000? Maybe even a new car?

Nope. A bottle of bourbon.

Now, the bottle of bourbon he won is made by Pappy Van Winkle, which I am to understand is a big deal. I'm here to tell you right now I don't give a shit. I've never seen a prize as out of proportion to a challenge as I have in this video. He could try that putt 100 more times and not make it again and he walks away with some booze.

The MSRP on that bottle is $269. It goes for much more than that re-sale because it's difficult to find, but this man just pulled off something he would never be able to re-create the rest of his life and got a prize worthless than $300.

The craziest part about the whole thing is he's excited as can be about it. That's people from Kentucky, for you, though. Rip them off tremendously as much as you want, but as long as you tell them they're getting a bottle of bourbon, they'll be happy as a clam.

I'm mad for this guy. He should have walked off that court and found the head of the marketing and promotions department and not left that arena until he had a check for at least $5,000 in his hand. Fuck that bourbon.
