We Waited All Day For Something Crazy To Happen On Taylor Swift's Birthday And Nothing Happened
Yesterday, 12/13 was Taylor Swift's 32nd birthday. Our girlie has been in the news a lot lately, right? I mean sure, she's given us a ton this year:

And yet...something about yesterday felt...empty? I didn't even write a HBD blog, because I thought to myself, "I'm just going to have to write another one when we get the BIG REVEAL!" 13 is her birthday, her lucky number...
I guess what I'm here to say is…I've gotten greedy. She's only human! She's only one woman! How could we expect her to come out with magic and greatness every time we THINK something should happen? Shame on me. Taylor celebrated her birthday like a normal person, doing a dual birthday party with Alana Haim (who's birthday is 12/15) complete with dancing & cake. Am I really the person who thinks she can't just celebrate a day without dropping a full album on our heads? Based on the past, I'd say it's not a RIDICULOUS assumption - she did ~surprise~ release Evermore two days before her birthday last year. Maybe I should pay attention to tomorrow? Two days AFTER? Sigh.
Happy Belated to our Queen Taylor. We love you, we need you, we've become extremely dependent on your every move, and when you're done celebrating with your friends, maybe you can drop that third secret album that we all know you're working on?
