Kai Kara-France KOs Cody Garbrandt In The First!

We just saw back-to-back first round knockouts to kick off the pay-per-view! First Sean O'Malley, now Kai Kara-France! Let's keep it going!

Our friend MeganMakinMoney asked me what I thought of Paddy's Parlay earlier.... 

....and I said I loved it aside from the Cody Garbrandt pick, as his chin is just too suspect at this point. As a Paddy's Picks rider, I'm disappointed to say I was finally correct about how a fight would go for once.

Garbrandt looked light on his feet in his Flyweight debut, and for most of the round, seemed to be putting on a respectable performance, but once he got caught - it wasn't hard to see that this was the beginning of the end. After landing a desperation takedown that Kai just stood up from, Garbrandt was put out for good. That chin of his is just GONE. 

It's a shame to see, honestly - just an insane fall from grace since he won the UFC Bantamweight Championship.
