Arkansas Pine Bluff's Coach Called Timeout Just To Make His Team Run Sprints DURING A GAME At Iowa State

Holy shit, shut it down. This is the ultimate basketball guy. This is every basketball coach's dream. I'm shocked he didn't go full Norman Dale and finish the game with just four players and say his team is on the court. Calling timeout and making guys run sprints while playing at Iowa State is fucking hilarious. Iowa State is one of the hottest teams in the country. You kept it competitive, that should be good enough! Don't you dare give up a dunk on a fast break though. If you've played hoops at any level, you know that timeout when you fucked up. It always happens immediately after a bucket and you know you're about to get yelled at. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have a coach tell me to hit some sprints mid game. 

How about the ref though? He shut it down. Uhh buddy, that's not your call. He's lucky Solomon Bozeman didn't put his ass to the line and make him run sprints too. Big time attempt to show who is boss by this ref and I won't stand for it. I'm guessing he was just stunned and couldn't believe 

It's such an unreal move, you have to respect it. How else would Pine Bluff stay competitive here? The fear of sprints. Sprints suck. Nothing worse than walking into practice and hearing 'on the line' or whatever thing your coach said. Sometimes it would be 'on the green' for the color behind the baseline and you knew you were going to feel like shit. 

What a night. Memphis getting upset, Michigan barely being able to score, Utah Valley beating BYU. All that just got overshadowed by wind sprints at Iowa State.
