The Cops Tried to Arrest Tyler Matzek at His Own Damn Parade

Now what the fuck is going on here?!

We're celebrating a World Championship and the cops are trying to arrest the man with the biggest balls on the team? I literally don't care at all what he was doing, it's parade day and he's one of the best bullpen arms the Braves have had in the last decade. Tyler Matzek could be openly defying every law on the books and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

You can't tell really well what was going on or what led to this encounter, but it appears Matzek may have successfully pulled the, "Do you know who I am?" card to get out of it. Though, how could they possibly not when he's wearing a jersey like the rest of the team and was presumably on one of the floats shortly before this took place?

Regardless, I'm glad everyone involved avoided the PR nightmare of having a player arrested at the World Series parade. Maybe the only way we could have possibly Atlanta'd this situation.

Anyway, we're World Champions. The haters — which apparently includes the Atlanta Police Department — are going to be furious for quite some time.
