Joc Pederson Went on Live TV and Gave His Now-Famous Exclamation: "WE ARE THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS!"
I was praying this would happen. There's no other way I'd rather have this Braves parade day capped off than with the exclamation we all deserved. Joc deserved that moment, too.
After all the trials and tribulations the 2021 season brought with it, at the end of the day, we were those motherfuckers.
We have to bring Joc back next season, just for the vibes if nothing else. Now that I've gotten a taste of what it's like, I do not want a clubhouse without Joc Pederson in it. We've got some great guys regardless of what happens in free agency, but it's not going to be as fun running this thing back next year if Joc isn't at the parade.
But that's a long way off. For now, we're two things: World Champions and those motherfuckers.
