The Rock Simply Was In Awe Of An MLS Goalie Delivering A Perfect Rock Bottom In The Middle Of A Match

Asking what the move is called? You're lucky The Rock doesn't shine his boot up real nice, turn it sideways and stick it up your candy ass. Everyone knows the Rock Bottom. Well, everyone who is over the age of 30ish that remembers how important The Rock was to wrestling vs acting. 

Disagree with me? Take it up with the man himself, who was simply stunned and gave all the respect after seeing the move. 

Listen, I don't care who you are, what industry you're in, whatever. If The Rock appreciates you replicating one of his moves you get my respect. There are some guys who just have it. You know 'IT.' The Rock might define that through and through. Him and Stone Cold are two of the most important, nay, the two most important wrestlers of my lifetime. I'm 34. I grew up in the golden era of wrestling. You were WWF or WCW. You were nWo or Sting. You were Stone Cold or Rock. I know I'm digressing here, I just miss the 90s and early 2000s. I miss away messages. I miss top-8 on MySpace. I miss wrestling being TV-14. 

But here's the thing. I'm also a soccer guy. I know people don't like to believe it, but I've played my entire life. I've been a fan forever. I'm ALL FOR goalies being allowed to deliver Rock Bottoms as long as there's a caveat. You should be allowed to plow into a goalie in the air once a game. Just add a little physicality to the game Maybe I say that as someone who led the YAIAA in both red and yellow cards. Shout out York, Pennsylvania. But the fact is, we need the game to be a little physical. Rock Bottoms for everyone.
