Week eight in CFB is rough. I'm almost appalled at all the chalk I've eaten. Sizable dogs were hard to come by, but I've found a few that I believe are barking.
LSU +9 & +290 on the moneyline at the Barstool Sportsbook.
Coach O is officially looking for other employment but he's seeing his team through the remainder of the season. This week he's facing his former employer, which he just so happens to be, undefeated against. Ole Miss just got out of a physical game in Knoxville. This team is banged up and while I love Lane Kiffin, his team hasn't fared well as as home favorites. Give me the Tigers in Oxford.
La Tech +7
Shout out to my buddy Marco for putting this team on my radar. Full disclosure, I have not watched one Louisiana Tech game this year. I did however have a bet on UTSA week one over Illinois. Now why would I want to bet against a team that just cracked the Top 25? Because they're just a little over inflated. I live for these let down spots. La Tech seeking revenge from last season is just the icing on the cake. The Bulldogs should be able to get the win +180 at home.
Yes, I am once again betting against Notre Dame, apologies to the Irish fan base, I don't want it to be like this. It's also not my fault you have a few fraudulent wins over teams you probably should've lost to like FSU, Toledo, and Virginia Tech. Now you're a touchdown favorite to the Trojans? Why? If Donte Williams is smart he spent the bye week overhauling USC's offense. Let's hope he is smart because Irish secondary is exploitable and beatable. Trojans with the +188 sprinkle.
This week's parlay pays 30/1, which seems a little light, good thing the Barstool sports book is going to juice it up for us.
