'The Challenge Lies Spies And Allies' Week 11 Recap And Power Rankings: One Of The Dumbest Moves In Show History Was Made

*Spoilers Obviously Ahead. Again, this is your warning*

We're going to keep these blogs going. If we can't have No Quitters (RIPIP, send all complaints on Twitter) we're going to have the blog damnit. The Challenge is too damn good of a show to not be talked about. Each Thursday I'll drop one of these recaps and power rankings so we all can argue about America's fifth sport. I'll try to convince the other guys to do something from time to time because something tells me this season is going on for months.

I can't believe we're watching summer camp

Cory broke out a team workout to build morale. Sure, I guess? But what happened to the good old days, the days where Cory would just yell and berate everyone on his team and then sabotage them. Team workout? Nobody does a team workout. This is The Challenge we're talking about here. This is a show based on lies, partying and fighting. Really just showed how this episode needed to be cut down. Could have been an hour episode. Don't need the workout scene or all the people on video calling home. Just give us the good stuff.

Emanuel and Tori could make a hell of a duo on another season

We're starting get some hookups this season which is important. It leads to battle of the exes seasons or duos where they put current couples together. Whatever. We have that now with Emanuel and Tori. That could be a DEADLY duo. RIPIP Jordan. He's not dead, he's just separated from Tori. Jordan still is one of the best male contestants in the history of the show. Eddie put him on the Mt. Rushmore! I have him just outside, but you get the point. Anywho, Emanuel is by far the best rookie this season. Dude knows how to play the game. Tori has history being good and can still play the social game.

TJ manically laughing is always worth it

Usually this is reserved for trivia but I'll take it here as well. TJ loves laughing at people just falling into water. It's probably a top-3 favorite thing of his. This daily challenge was no different. It was a pretty basic challenge. Each person went from beam to beam before jumping and having to pull a plug off. At the same time the other teams blasted them with a fire hose.

Not a bad challenge. Easy to watch and follow along. I'll take that. Now the key was Kyle fucked up. He didn't jump to pull the plug. He went another beam and hung on and reached out. Boom Ruby lost. TJ basically called him a pussy for being scared to jump. Not surprisingly the Emerald team won … again. They are loaded. It also set up the elimination.

Ed pulled the dumbest move in a long, long time

Ed, my guy from Delco. How can I say this. What the fuck was that idiotic move? He decides to basically throw himself into elimination to save Logan, a guy he just met this season. Logan has a bad hamstring and would have been destroyed in any event that was physical. So why save a guy? He's repaying him for saving him once. Come on man, it's a whole different game at this point. Plus look at the guys that were left. There were no good options unless you got Kyle or Cory in a puzzle. You're playing for money. You had to just let Logan get voted in or play it smart. Logan would have understood. Instead you get this.

Kyle has NEVER lost a pole wrestling elimination. Guess what? He didn't lose again. Kyle is sneaky physical and has a ton of length. That's how you win that event. He would have been better going against Cory just from a size standpoint. So, farewell Ed. You were awesome. Just a braindead move.

Nelson getting mad is perfect because Nelson doesn't get the game

So Kyle makes the smart move of leaving the Ruby cell. He's not friends with Cory. The team is awful. However instead of invading the Emerald team and breaking up the group of Devin, Josh, Emanuel, Tori, Nany and Kaycee, he decides to boot Nelson to the Ruby team and join CT. Yeah, I get wanting to be on CT's team. But you gotta think the long term play was breaking up Emerald. Now we have our teaser for next week with Nelson losing his mind. Hey, Nelson, it's the game. It's a snake move, it's literally explained by TJ every single week. You can join any team. Why would he go back to Ruby? Now you and Cory get to play together.

MVP: Logan

LVP: Ed
