Arkansas and Ole Miss Had the Finish of the Year So Far in the SEC

If you like 100-point, back-and-forth football games, then I had the game for you this afternoon in Oxford, Mississippi.

Arkansas and Ole Miss traded scores all day, but the Razorbacks had the ball with a minute left and down a touchdown. After getting all the way down the field, the Hogs had one second on the clock and nine yards to go. KJ Jefferson sat back in the pocket and delivered a perfect ball to the back of the end zone to put Arkansas within an extra point of going to overtime.

But Sam Pittman didn't travel all the way to Oxford to go to OT. He went for the whole thing on one play.

Unfortunately for Arkansas fans, the play design could have been better.

After 60 minutes of insanity, Ole Miss escapes with a big SEC West win. But this game still doesn't even clear the bar of the craziest ending to a game between these two teams in the last 10 years.

Ole Miss travels to Tennessee next week for what should be another game that's fun as shit if you like offense.
