Since When Is It A Crime To Drunkenly Rent Big Daddy At 3am?

The title of this blog says it all. Since when is it a crime to order an American Cinematic classic in Big Daddy at 3am with your pal after a night out? People do weird things when we're drunk and the topic of most beloved movies came up on Saturday night which led to me suggesting Big Daddy as the most beloved movie ever made. I'm obviously not saying it's the BEST movie ever made like Goodfellas or anything, but what I am saying is there any human on the planet that doesn't love Big Daddy? It'll make you laugh, it'll make you cry, and most importantly it'll make you smile. Not to mention you forget about just how funny it is...it's on par with the Sandman heavyweights like Billy Madison & The Waterboy.

In the spirit of that we decided to watch Big Daddy when we arrived back at Casa De Mush & Beers. The beer guy's away in Mississippi and Marty lives close to our gambling house in New Jersey so I stayed over for the weekend due to their abundance of beds and by abundance of beds I mean there's an extra one on the balcony (sponsored). And there's no doubt in my mind that the highlight of the weekend was that vaunted Big Daddy order at 3:33am. I obviously didn't last very long before I fell asleep but by golly I'll be damned if those 15 minutes (if so) before I knocked out weren't the most joyous I've experienced in some time. Just an exquisite movie.

So yes, Dana could not have hit the nail on the head any harder than that purchase was Marty & I drunk as balls in his living room. I'm almost more happy for him now that he has Big Daddy on his XBOX forever. Pretty fire.
