Wow, what a catch and run by Antonio Gibson. Boy golly is he good in space, eh? Just get him the ball and let him make people miss. Always good for a first down when you need it. I would reckon they run similar plays for Antonio Gibson all game, right? Really keep the opposing defense on their toes. Open up the field for McLaurin. Run a dynamic, 3-dimensional offensive attack that is impossible to defend. That's probably what they do, right? Wrong.

That was it. After that play, Antonio Gibson caught the ball a grand total of zero more times. Nil. Nadda. 

But it's not just that. Look at his season so far:

3, then 2, and then 1. For one of the best players in space in the league this is unforgivable. The Washington Football Team can't overthink this- get AG the ball. Get the rock in his hands. Let him make plays. We see what happens when they do that, so why is it so few and far between? How is he not getting more opportunities? Drives me absolutely bonkers.

So I am begging you, my beloved Washington football team, the Washington Football Team, use your best players optimally. Use Gibson where he's best- in space. Pick up first downs with him. Get him the ball and let him run.

If this same nonsense happens on both sides of the ball vs Atlanta we could be watching one of the biggest abominations of coaching in a long, long time. Especially on defense, obviously. I wanted Jack Del Rio gone after the Giants game, and now want him extremely gone after that Bills abortion. If we go into Atlanta on Sunday and lose…I don't want to even think about it. It will be unforgivable. Let's hope it doesn't come to that, for the love of jebus.
