The Report Of Derrick Henry's Demise Has Been Greatly Exaggerated

So heres the thing about Derrick Henry, he's good. He's really good. He got shut down by a hell of a gameplan that Baltimore had in the playoffs last year and had a rough going of it vs Arizona last week. Titans went down early and you can't really establish the run that way. It started off that way in Seattle for Henry and the Titans but they kept their gameplay and eventually it got going. They came out of halftime down 24-16 and Henry got them on the board with a 9 yard TD run. A few drives later we finally got to see Henry break the big one. 60 yards to the house where a safety had an angle on him and Derrick simply ran by him and delivered another massive stiff arm. A little word of advice, if you think you have him lined up, you don't. And if you think you can catch him, you can't.

Entire game was back and forth and with 32 seconds left Henry scored the touchdown that would tie the game with a PAT and send the game to overtime. We've seen this so many times before, a defense wear down in the second half because guess what, it's tiring to try and tackle a guy who is built like a Kenmore refrigerator. Titans exchanged possessions in overtime with Seattle and didn't want anyone else to touch the ball.

5 play drive, 4 of them being Derrick Henry runs and the 5th being the game winning field goal by fat Randy. On the ground Henry finished with 35 carries for 182 yards and 3 TDs. A nice 5.2 yard average, and even added in 6 catches for 55 yards. He can do it all. It was insane that he had 2 bad games in a row and people were saying he was washed and done with. Give me a break with that. There may not be a better running back in football, I'd accept an argument for CMC, but I think that is about the only guy. He's a freak who ran for over 2,000 yards last year and again is on pace to rush for 2,040 yards. He may just do it again this year. Titans needed him in a big way and he came through in a HUGE road win. Hell of a win on the back of Derrick Henry and the arm of Ryan Tannehill, I guess that guy Julio isn't bad either.

PS. Are these good stats?
