Dave Portnoy Was Not Amused When I Celebrated My First Parlay Plus Win

Last week, the Barstool Sportsbook rolled out a new feature called Parlay Plus. It allows the player to parlay the game & props all in one swoop.

The reason I like the new feature so much is that it rewards the player for having a strong read on a game.

For example, last Sunday I LOVED the Carolina Panthers -3.5 in the Sam Darnold revenge game against the New York Jets. Instead of just betting on Carolina, I parlayed the Panthers with Over 250.5 Darnold pass yards and over 54.5 Robby Anderson Receiving yards. If Carolina was going to win, then it makes sense to bet on Darnold & Anderson to go off too.

Then this play happened late in the 2nd quarter!

By halftime I had already hit Anderson’s Over and Darnold had 218 yards passing. I ended up hitting my parlay at +480!

I was pumped on the live stream and managed to stir some ire from Dave Portnoy as he had just lost a bet. After he dragged me on Twitter for a month at CWS in Omaha, damn right I am going to celebrate hitting my +480 parlay!

Tonight, I have a Parlay Plus for the Thursday Night game on Barstool Sportsbook at +1400. I am cheering for a 13-10 crapfest between the Giants & Washington Football Team. These teams are NFC East rivals with good defenses and bad offenses. A low scoring game is certainly possible. Hard to not love the +1400 odds.

Tonight in Virginia, you can get a free Parlay Plus bet. If you bet one and it loses, the Barstool Sportsbook will match up to a $100 free Parlay Plus bet for your next one. I will be posting more Parlay Plus bets all season long. Let’s get this money!
