Connor McDavid Who? This Bandy Player Is The Most Lethal Weapon On Ice
Any time I see a photo or a video of anybody whose last name isn't Gretzky wearing a pair of skates and the number 99 on the back of their sweater, I instantly hate that person. My first impression on that person is nothing but pure resent and disgust.
But after watching the way this stallion just carved up that ice and the entire opposing team? Well shit...I think buddy might actually deserve to rock the double 9's. He makes McDavid look like one of those dorks who has to use the plastic chair to keep their balance at a public skate.
There were 6 defenders who legitimately had a chance to slow this weapon down. I honestly have no idea how many players are out on the ice at the same time in bandy, but I'd imagine there were at least another 4 or 5 defensemen out there who never had a shot. But 6 guys who just got beyond dusted. 5 guys who probably finished their night in the trainer's room getting their hips snapped back into place after how violently they got turned here.

Sidenote: How miserable do you think it must be to be a bandy goalie? Seems like your entire existence is just getting lit up like a Christmas tree. That net is massive. No chance you're giving up less than 10 a game.
