BREAKING: Battlefield 2042 Is Delayed Until November 19, 2021

RIP for BF2042 - This is such a massive L, I can't even begin to explain it. 

Battlefield strategically was releasing BEFORE Call of Duty Vanguard was going to release. More importantly, by releasing first they would've captured all the people tired or bored of Warzone. But by delaying, Vanguard will drop first and more importantly so will the new Warzone map and anti-cheat. 

BF2042 is now scheduled to drop November 19, 2021 and Call of Duty Vanguard will release November 5, 2021.

I'm still excited for Battlefield 2042 to drop, but this almost eliminates their chances to take over and get ahead of Call of Duty.

I still am part of the camp of favoring gaming companies to delay release for a more complete game, but in this scenario it's impossible to not talk about the massive opportunity BF2042 is missing. There's no doubt in my mind that EA knows this, so I'm sure they are fixing something extremely important.
