Dan Campbell Shut Everyone Up By Giving The Only Correct Answer About His Assistant Coach Losing His Shit On Jeff Okudah

Just as a refresher, this is in response to this during Sunday's game:

You know what? Campbell's response is the only correct one. Sure you don't want to see it, but it's not a big deal. Coaches and players lose their shit on each other all the time. You move on and like he said, start to go to work. One slight problem is that Jeff Okudah is now out for the season though.

Makes it a tad tougher to get to work when one guy physically can't. Also feel a little bad here for Okudah. The guy was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2020 Draft, had a rough rookie year and now this. He's going to be viewed as a bust if he doesn't recover and have a decent year whenever he can get back on the field next season.

What else is Campbell supposed to say here though? That's the point of this. I wrote a blog making fun of the Lions, because leave it to them to have this happen in the very first half of the season. That's just a Lions thing. I don't actually care that a coach is just screaming 'do your job' to a player and pointing at him. That's nothing compared to what typically happens during blowups.

We're talking about Dan Campbell here too. Did we really think he wouldn't secretly enjoy this? Of course not. He loves when guys get fired up and this is just another case of that. Hey, credit to the Lions too. They didn't win, but at least they tried to fight back late. That's a step in the right direction for them.
