WATCH: This UNC Fan Went Absolutely NUTS on Virginia Tech Students
It was not a fun night for North Carolina fans in Blacksburg on Friday. The No. 10 Tar Heels opened the season with a 17-10 loss at the hands of Virginia Tech, so you can understand the frustration from those UNC fans in attendance.
But whatever happened prior to this video between an older North Carolina fan and some Virginia Tech students, he had obviously had enough of it. My guy fights through multiple hold-back attempts and climbs five rows of seats to go 1-on-everybody. You have to respect the dedication.
Maybe it's because nobody could go to games for a year, but I feel like we've had an exponential increase in stadium fights. People have forgotten how to act. This is the first grown man vs. pack of frat boys fracas I can remember, though.
And he did it right in front of two cops. So not only did the Heels have their national title hopes take a near death blow in Week 1, but I'm assuming this guy made a trip to the Blacksburg jail, as well. Rough night.
