USC TE Michael Trigg May Be The Best Football Player Ever?

This was an absolutely shocking video to watch. Often times when football programs tweet out highlights from practice they are absolute snoozers. Here, I saw the one handed catch and thought...oh, that's cool and expected it to end there.

But NOPE. Michael Trigg decided to become the greatest football player to ever exist for the rest of this play. Remember in NFL Street when you got those super powers for like 1 or 2 plays with Jeremy Shockey or Mike Vick? That's what happened to Trigg.

Trigg is a 4-star true Freshman out of Tampa, Florida. How he is only 6-3, 230 LBs is beyond me because he looked 6'8, 275 in the clip I just watched.

All things considered….I am ready for him to be a complete disappointment, though. That's usually what happens to players that have insane practice highlights like this. I could end up being wrong (I hope I am), but when a viral highlight like this hits my timeline, my immediate thought is….oh, this kid is going to have way too much hype. 

Currently, Trigg is listed 2nd on the depth chart. USC has themselves a pretty good team this year, so Trigg could find himself in some important positions come fall.
